Huh. How many times has this happened before? Any of this? I do not know the background so that is why this case looks to be the worst one yet. I already figured Cathy is not seeing the whole truth of the matter and I cannot tell how much she just imagines in some way since that is how the world works. What I suspect anyway.
Her line implies this is not THAT unusual but reactions of other people suggest otherwise or that this case (if there were multiple cases) is really much different. Hm.

In the country of Distantland, nothing is as it seems. Cathryn, a young human girl, prides herself on her knowledge.
