Happy Holidays from your favourite clueless adults! This minicomic is so, so dumb. But I love it. "tfw you're literally a chef and feel like it wasn't your best work but your friends thought you were fishing for compliments"
Would you be interested in seeing minicomics in the future? Not very often - maybe once/twice a year? We still got a lot of story to get through! And: do you have any silly holiday stories/cooking fails/experiences you'd like to share?
It's good to be on winter break. I uh, I failed a class this semester. I was able to save the grade, but what a mess that was.
In 2019 the comic's gonna get into some heavier topics (if my pacing works out to have it happen in 2019). The direction has shifted slightly in terms of how much I want to focus on certain aspects of the story, the layout is still similar. New pages will start in 2019, once the holidays are over!
Lillian Soares has spent over a decade of her life living in Norwood Heights, a small town full of wealthy families. Everything is just about "perfect" -- TOO perfect, in her opinion. Her father failing to return home from work one day is just enough to convince her to do some investigating. Noel Reid is a pastry chef who has an obsession with urban legends, and has noticed some unusual occurrences in her day-to-day life. When she crosses paths with Lillian, they decide to work together to find out if their separate experiences could be related to something more sinister.
Update 07/02/2021: This comic is officially 5+ years old! I will likely be making small adjustments to the early pages as the series continues.
