Jackal finally has a moment to slow down.
The only legitimate way to get into the Inner City is by a laser guided cable car. The terminal only runs two cars, and is used for transporting distinguished visitors and citizens back and forth from the Inner City to the Halo. The city's High Corporate Houses are always on prominent display through holo-banners.
