Panic attacks are scary and a mentally/physically exhausting experience. I’ve been through them numerous times in my life and wanted to express my perspective of them. While many people cope with these attacks in their own ways, it can help to simply have someone there to catch you when you fall.
I'm sorry you went through that Rabbit, but I’m glad Cat was there to help.

I need someone like Cat, who can just stop a panic attack. my mom has helped a few times, but it's still scary. it usually starts with me crying about something, then suddenly I can't breathe and it's a terrible experience
