It was a flash of lightning that hit the Abandoned Tower, Babylon, and struck it down by resting a new light at its peak. Ophiuchus, an angel of unprecedented caliber, and the face of the new placement in the Zodiac for the 'Angels' and 'Humans' themselves, would be hovering over the entire tower, gazing down at the city below.
"The Tensei Artifacts," he muttered to himself, as he took on a child-like form, with golden glowing hair and gossamer angel wings, and a whitish blue gown or robe, "... It's about time." This child-like angel, who donned golden glowing winged shoes on his feet, would cross his arms and step forward, letting the glow of his presence settle down, and the rest of his body stabilize. "All Mine." All of them belonged to the Tensei, though they were scattered across the universes and whatnot, and were spread about many different planets. In each of them were bits of the Tensei's power as a whole, broken up into a form where others could access bits and pieces of it in its purest and most basic form.
"Time for a 'Gather The Dragonballs' moment." Raising his hand up, Ellio, of whom this child-like angel was called, would point out to the locations of where each of the Tensei Artifacts were assigned. "The Artifacts must be hidden and found later so that they aren't stolen and or misused." This was Ellio's task; to oversee the Artifacts and that they were kept safe wherever they were hidden, and by whomever would be their respective Guardians. "Feels like I've waited all my life for this." Strangely enough, he had. It was more than surreal, standing upon the rooftop, but it wasn't anything distracting. Not until everything was in place, could he give into the flow of the waves around him. His green eyes began to glow softly.
It was a dark day when the lightning struck down at the top of the tower in the City of Townsville, or, whatever this random city was called. 'Variable City' was its name, and, any name was its game. The 'Variable City' that existed on this planet, 'New Earth' took on any name and any form, but was always stationary. This time, in the midst of 'Variable City,' somewhere directly inside the Abandoned Tower Babylon, a woman and her child were having a 'religious' dispute.
"IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I COMPEL YOU TO DIEEEEEE!" shouted the woman, who was, quite possibly, possessed by the actual unholiness of 'Religion' itself, which was naught but a broken spirit possessing other broken spirits. With all her might, she thought she was right in forcing, quite literally, religious preference down the throat of her daughter for whatever reason, all the way until blood squirted from her throat. "THAT'LL TEACH YOU TO BE THE DEVIL," the devil shouted out of its envoy, so ignorant and blind in faith, that she wasn't aware that she wasn't actually anywhere within the faith at all, but was just being possessed by the 'False Light.' And so she stood as something detestable before the actual Lord she thought she was serving, and, in her 'Confusion Of The Power Of God' she would attempt to force Godliness in an Ungodly fashion, thus cancelling out any form of Holy recognition she might have thought she was justified in.
All was going well for Ellio, who was about to receive the fullness of his inheritance. He was very pleased with how the Story was playing out, and was ready to get to creating again, now that Bunnybee was stuck in the Future and couldn't get in the way in the Past. That, and because she was holding up too much stuff being lazy and the slowest thing in all creation, so, Ellio had to take matters into his own hands. "Now, if bae-chan has organized her end from the Future correctly, then I should be able to call upon the Artifacts as I--"
Suddenly, he heard some obnoxiously abhorrent discord, sounding like someone calling out the Name in vain. "Ew, what the hell was that?" He whipped his hand out immediately to cast 'Judgment' on whatever it was that sounded so hideously disgusting, and a sharp streak of light trailed the very sound of the voice. Immediately, Ellio was enlightened to what it was, and the noise if its infernal screeching was discordand to his ears. "Ugh, another Confused One walking around? Ugh. What did it do? Something ugly in its Confusion? Chaigidel, then." The bolt of light struck the sinner square in the mouth and she died on the spot, and her entire soul was shot straight to the 6th Tensei Moon, the Black Moon, where Hell was located. "See How The Ugly One Was Attached To The CROSS Itself, And To The OBJECT Of Religion? Yes, That Is A POSSESSION, Which Is Why You DON'T Get Attached, Or Else You ARE Possessed." He rolled his eyes. "Chaigidelians. Oi. I can't STAND Beelzebub or the ones he has Confused." Ellio shook his hand out. "Okay, now where was I? First Tensei Artifact... Hmmmmmm..." He pondered deeply. Any of them seemed like a nice choice.
There was a woman standing in the shade of the tower's rooftop, who hadn't been seen nor revealed her presence until just now. "Having fun?" she inquired, twirling what looked like a baton in the shadows in her hand. "I've been expecting you." Her eyes were gleaming brightly in the darkness, but the fullness of her form could not be deciphered. She continued to twirl whatever was in her hand rhythmically, like a pen betwixt the fingers.
"Actually, I'm really not," Ellio would say, furrowing his brow and sneering at the ugliness he had to be exposed to. "Apparently, I'm just not allowed to, as long as these things are walking around alive and unclean." In spite of how he really wished to clean up the city, especially now that 'little miss princess' was evacuated into the future, according to plan, the state of the Human World was still ungodly ugly in the state it had been left in during the temporal flux. "I really DON'T want to have to do ANYMORE work," Ellio said with a sigh, "But apparently, no one else will get anything done if I don't. And I'll just be stuck here, bound by all types of things that go over their heads." He rolled his eyes. "So, what can I do but suffer the insufferable until my own limitations are released?" He sighed heavily, nearly becoming depressed. "Damn humans." He lifted a hand up into the air, focusing on the first of the Tensei Artifacts he would summon to his aid, "Can't do ANYTHING right." He shook his head, preparing in his mind for a flood. "Aquaness..." he called to the Tensei Artifact of the power of Water.
She who was wrapped in darkness, leaning upon one of the dilapidated structures casually, with a silhouette that had a leg kicked up upon the surface of the wall would narrow her eyes, still twirling her baton-like object in her hand. "Please. If we've gotten this far, it's not going to be that much longer." Eventually, she stood upright, but did not come out of the darkness. "Besides. I'm ready to handle my part in all of this. I've actually been waiting a long time, too." She crossed her arms, and her eyes remained bright, but the darkness kept her covered otherwise. "What are you going to do? Can I at least get my orders before you start tearing up the place?" She huffed impatiently, like an eager teenager.
Ellio kept his eyes closed and his mouth shut, as if in deep meditation, for a moment or two. The orb that was filled with the very essence of Water itself would crystallize in his raised hand, with water undulating gently inside of the crystalline orb. The aura that it produced washed over his mind like a cleansing rain, and would encompass him completely to wipe away his frustrations before he opened his mouth again. Suddenly, he smiled, just very softly, and raised the lids to his eyes just as slightly as his soft smile. "... Of course..." he uttered, this time with a tone that was much less indignant and irritated, as if all of it were wiped clean. He grasped the orb in his palm, then lowered it down to his chest as the watery aura took over the fullness of his original bright aura, and his body began to drift about the top of the building as if treading water.
"... Go into the city and salvage the ones that are clean. Your only mission is to save as many good ones as possible, whilst I deal with all of the impure," Ellio would say softly to the woman in the shadows, elegantly wafting over beside her as his voice nearly whispered in her ear, "I'm sure you know how to measure a heart and a soul." He did not stop drifting, being carried this way and that by the waves of the wavelengths that were each about the atmosphere at the time. "If you need help, then when I send the flood of waves, you are to determine the 'Positive Vibrations' from the 'Negative Vibrations' and steer clear. I'm going to strike down the 'Negative Vibrations' from up here, at the heights of the Tower of Babylon." These were her orders, whilst Ellio gathered the fullness of his power and measured it about the Tensei Artifacts, that he may be restored to his full form and simultaneously purge the city, and eventually, the earth in the process. "Consider this... A test run." He laughed very lightly under his breath, closing his eyes, being rocked gently by the undulations of the waves in the air.
"Affirmative," the shaded woman said, not skipping a beat in taking off, backward, further into the shadows. It seemed as though she'd hopped down from over the edge of the tower, down to the darkness below and straight into the city. She left no trace nor trail behind her, but was ready anytime for when the flood should begin. She'd be able to feel it from the change in the atmosphere, since the wavelengths would become different when the 'water' was altered. No one understood that all wavelengths, even those of light, were truly water, and so the fullness of the power of water was at the fingertips of the Golden One and his operative in the shadows. She made her haste to where she needed to go first; a rendezvous point, of sorts.
Ellio kept smiling, drifting around the top of the tower. "Mmmm..." he moaned slightly in contentment, allowing the contained power of Aquaness, the Tensei Artifact of the Water, to seep into his being, back where it came from. "It feels so good to have even a fraction of my power back... Instead of split up all about the universes." The Tensei Artifacts were not just on a single planet, Earth, but were all about several universes and planets, 'Planet Bunnybee' inclusive. This was why she was his bride, due to the certain Tensei Artifacts that were in the possession of Planet Bunnybee, but whilst each Artifact were spread about the universes, the Tensei, Ellio, specifically, was not at full strength.
He paused in his delight briefly, before being swept away by the current in the air. "Oh, before I forget... Now that I have my power over Water back, I need to release my Guardian Angel, or 'Spirit Guardian' from my own spirit, to protect my power and set it in place upon the universe." The watery aura around him started to fluctuate, and with that came waves that were no longer just him drifting upon the casual waves about the air, but emanating powerful vibrations from himself that altered the wavelengths in the atmosphere. "Aqua..." he called to the Guardian of Aquaness, letting her body be shaped out of the very watery vibrations that pulsated from Ellio's own soul.
A woman in a long, flowing, billowing dress of water with hair just as fluid, but no lower torso would begin to form from the waters. Her form solidified from the waters up above her breast, which was held together firmly with an aqueous lace something like an hourglass filled with water. From her forming shoulders sprouted actual solid limb; two relatively pale arms with a scythe spewing from the palm of one hand, with colors that matched the hues of her liquid dress. Her head, which was solidifying all the while, would become sleek and pale, like her arms, with her hair a fluctuating light brown with rather lucid lavender tips that seeped into the waves of the vibrations of the air around her. When she opened her eyes, they would be as hollowed out pitch black sockets with only piercing red gleaming slit irises that glowed with power. This was 'Aqua,' in her first and incomplete form, the 'Guardian Angel' of the Tensei Artifact 'Aquaness,' which was the fullness of her form.
Ellio drifted before her, waiting for her to become fully conscious after being awakened from her slumber.
When Aqua, the Spirit Guardian of the Artifact, 'Aquaness,' came to full coherence, the first thing she would see was her Creator, who had broken a piece of himself off in spirit to form her in her own existence. She recognized her Creator immediately due to the Artifact that was now assimilated with his form, which was her source of power and the piece of herself that was the fullness of her own being. She knew this was her Creator, and immediately, she was obedient and subservient to him. "... Master..." she whispered serenely, "... I am awake." She immediately wrapped her arms around him, still knowing that he was a child, and, in her own creation, was made to comfort him like the waters of the womb. "Shall I be of service to you? Is it truly the time?" Due to their connection through their very souls, Aqua was already more than understanding of everything she had to do. She merely awaited the command.
Ellio was pleased. "My dear Aqua," he said lovingly to his aquatic creation, "It is indeed the time for the first wave." He wrapped his own arms around her from behind, returning the embrace she gave to him, before pointing off over the city to where his operative had gone. "Follow behind the one I have sent before you and bring to her the ones that she is to deal with. Wash over the city as a grand wave and let the vibrations of their minds and their hearts and their souls be apparent before our eyes. Thicken the air with the waves of your waters, but do not suffocate them with the full thickness of the water's embrace. Leave them room to breathe."
The way the 'water of the air' worked was all through vibrations, but like the 'water of the sea,' it could be condensed to a liquid form instead of a vaporous form, as it always was when people breathed in and out. When it was made thicker, even just a bit, then the vibrations and emanations that came from the mind and the heart were able to be seen more clearly, in the form of a series of colors, something like a heat-sensing device could determine hot from cold. In this manner, those that were in the waves of the 'water of the air' could be picked up on and deciphered from each other. "I know you love to dance," he said softly after commanding her, "So feel free to do so if you so desire." It was very important to Ellio that he allow his own Creations the creative freedom of expression, for, in a way, it was similar to his own. He understood and loved them very deeply, even the ones that hadn't yet been born or awakened from their slumber within their eggs, which were the Tensei Artifacts, themselves.
