-A year has passed. In that 1 year Victor train both Michelle and Axeclaire about swordsmanship.

-Victor is a famous General in the previous war and also a blacksmith. So he have an experience and knowledge to train both of them more than just swordsmanship. He also teach them a battle strategy, martial arts, craftsmanship, various knowledge of culture, and so on.

-Within a year Michelle insight of knowledge were great, but his physical and swordsmanship training is lacking, he can only do a basic swordsmanship. While Axeclaire on the other hand is really like Victor, he is really great at physical and combat training especially swordsmanship, his style of swordsmanship are really close to Victor. He is an intermediate at swordsmanship and with his body tempering martial arts his body has reach the third level of 1st gate. Axeclaire didn't like studying that much so he is not that knowledgeable like Michelle, but strangely when it comes to military strategy he is as good as Michelle does. I guess he is what people called “a battle junkie” because he also love to spar with Michelle and Victor every time he got the chance.

-The 5 Heavenly Gate is a rank to compare martial artis who train their body, there is 5 gate in total. Each gate has 5 level until they reach the next stage. every gate represent their body improvement in both ability and endurance. the 1st gate lvl 5 fist are fast and accurate, the 2nd gate body is as hard as iron, the 3rd gate can lift a ton weighted boulder, the 4th able to split a mountain, and the 5th is the limit of body strengthening that can change physical form to amplify both inner strength and magical power that can be stored within one body which can rival even a deity.

-Victor martial arts are still unknown to both Michelle and Axe but from the tale that famous around the neighborhood, Victor said to be able to stand againts thousand of man alone. From that tale we can be sure he is the 3rd gate or above rank.

-Today Michelle do his daily routine, he is training swordsmanship in the morning, practice and learning agriculture at noon from his neighbor, and studying history and arithmetic at night.

-In the afternoon something happen.

-There is 2 people coming to the city gate wounded. those 2 are mother and daughter from a small village in Dorendil kingdom territory.

-They fleed from their village because the village was burned by their own kingdom army. they seem to heard the army conversation while they are hidding, which is a very vital information for Morkodia. the captain of the army said it was a plan to legalized a war against Morkodia.
