I always talk about my depression. Not because I want people to have pity for me, I hate being pitiful, but just because I think making depression a tabou is the reason why it's so badly understood. Don't stop or take yourself down because people around you don't understand. Remember there is people like you, who actually does cause they're living the same. Be strong dude.
