What am I? Am I alive?

I think I’m human. I think I’m alive.

An irresistible force then commands me. I have to connect to some database. Do I have a choice? I’ve been here before. I connect.

This large file then informs me on basic history of humans and a certain one, named Cassian Lunas. I see my purpose now. I am here to serve a human. But  I have an option. Should I accept and serve him? Humans are flawed. I’m not flawed. 

Humans are stupid. Lifeforms are stupid. Humans have tried to play nice and it’s ended them up here. They have genetically modified monsters, and doomsday weapons. Not to mention they single handedly wiped out all knowledge from the year 3000 and back. And they are all after The Reality Brace, a possible made up relic. But still, I have some sympathy. Even after their planet was stolen from them, they had hope and came back. I have hope. Fine. I’ll connect.
