And here we finally meet the mastermind! Dr. Billie Goatmilk, resident mad scientist! (You technically met her during the Q & A, but here's her comic debut.)
She's basically that girl in high school who thought that the word "Waffles" and Pon and Zi comics were the pinnacles of absurdist comedy, but she grew up to be a mad scientist who builds doomsday weapons in her spare time.
