I had arrived in front of the building.
It was in an elegant neighborhood, the typical industrial area, but it had that something extra.
It presented itself as a simple, almost classical structure we can say.
It was in stark contrast to the companies I had seen coming there; it was a collection of antiquities and modernity, and this made it stand out from the outside.
You're probably wondering what I'm doing here since you left me around the streets of Seoul with my sweet little sister.
Well during an evening I received a call that informed me that I had been chosen for an interview at a local company.
But let's start calmly. I will explain how I got to this point.
Although we had come to relax in this beautiful city, we also had a secondary purpose to be implemented. It had been months since we had worked on it and we had decided to make this leap into the void together, like sisters.
We had studied the local language, in order to be prepared, and we had completed our studies, in order to have the cards in our hands, to play for our future, and then we had done it.
We had sent our résumés to companies and in the meantime we decided to take our well-deserved break in this city of high technology and progress.
But let's go back to my job interview.
After kindly receiving the information from the secretary at the entrance, I was about to reach the office, that she had indicated me and I could not help but observe the environment.
The interior of the company was very basic, both as a use of colors and furniture.
There were an infinity of doors, each of them with a plaque affixed to the owner of that room. Around the walls there were some records and some pictures of an authors, whose name I ignored, but which emanated a certain class.
I noticed the door, where there should have been a common room, at least so it would recite the hanging plate.
In the air a light fragrance hovered, delicate but fruity notes teased my nose. It would have been a good place to work.
I knocked at the door and after receiving permission to enter, I went against the one who probably would have been my boss.
He was a man just under fifty, with a youthful style, smiling and with a calm expression on his face. He gave me a certain tranquility and at that moment I really needed it.
- It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss - he smiled and added - we really needed an item like you in our team. We will do big projects together! -
- Thank you for your words of trust in me. I can not wait to start working with you - I answered with the biggest of my smiles.
- I will let you know the team you will work with - he motioned me to follow him.
We arrived in front of the common room, from which we could clearly hear the noise coming from beyond the door.
- They're noisy, but you'll be fine working with them. They're very professional -
- Let's get to know them, then! - I said, laughing slightly.
Who knows what my team would have been like, I was really curious.
The boss opened the door as he started introducing me.
- Guys finally with us our new companion of adventures -
I stopped breathing for a moment.
Oh shit, I was missing only this.
