I growled at him. “What would you know about that Zane.” He looked hurt. “I have lost more than you think Yuko.” he looked at me then at Allister and Night. “Oh I see you have made a new friend here.” Night growled.

“You need to leave before you get hurt zane.” He laughed. “But why would I do that?” I growled. I knew he wanted me to attack him I could see it. He had something planned. “Yuko don't you trust me?” I shook my head. “You lost that trust two years ago.”

I could hear something in the distance. “What did you do?” He looked at me. “Well it seems that my time here is over so I must be going now. Good day m’lady.” He walked off into the trees and disappeared.

I sent Allister to go and tell Samantha that she has a security issue. “Come on Night I need to get out of the sun before I fry.” He looked at me and noticed that I was sweating. “Ok let's get you to some shade and water.” I nodded and walked with him.

We made it to Michael's stand before I crashed. “Hey Michale can I get some water or something for her to drink?” Michael looked at me. “Ya here she needs to drink this. It will help.” I took it and thanked him.

After I drank it I felt a little better. We started back to the house and to my room. I had a window but it didn't help. I looked at the ocean thru my window. I wanted to find a place for us to live and call our own. But that probably wouldn't happen.

The witches and warlocks we brought back with us were very skilled and decided to teach me magic. I was already a year into training but it would take a while to perfect. I was training in the defence and attack methods.

I want to protect them from now on. I have met some new people and in the village. Lucas was growing up really fast. marcus had turned into a human after an accident. They both played happily together and got along great.

Me and the others decided that we would help protect this town. We were all skilled to some degree of fighting. I was still very skilled with a bow and sword. They decided I would do fine on my own with some training here and there.

Since I was able to use magic lucenda and the others got along very well. And would protect this place with their lives because it is their new home. Where they are accepted and allowed to grow.

There are a lot of places that are afraid of them because they have skills that a lot of people don't have. I walked around and seen everyone happy. They smiled as I walked by. Im happy. I want them to be safe.

I walked to Samantha's house. She was sitting outside in the playground with the boys. Lucas could walk now and kinda talk. “Hello Yuko I'm glad to see you outside now. We were worried about you.”

I smiled. “I was in a state of emptiness. I decided to come out because that isn't the way Darien and Sammy would have wanted me to live.” She nodded. “Well im glad your ok. By the way I heard that you seen zane here Are you ok?”

I nodded. He had tried to take me away from everyone. I didn't want that to happen again. “Ya im fine he didn't try anything. He just said something about knowing how it feels to lose someone you love.”she seemed to flinch. “I wonder what he meant by that.”

She looked off towards the town. “He tried to destroy what I loved most. So it's hard to believe that he can love.” I looked at her. “Even the coldest hearted person can love. It doesn't matter if you are good or evil you can still love and be loved.”

she looked at me shocked. I don't know why she would think that anyone bad couldn't love. “I'm surprised by your reaction Samantha. You of all people should know this.” She seemed taken back. “What is that supposed to mean.”

I just smiled and walked away. She seemed flustered. I walked by Samuel on my way back. He seemed a little shocked to see me. “Hello Samuel.” He nodded. “Good to see your back outside and not cooped up inside.” I nodded.

Decided it was best not to live life like that.” I smiled and we split ways. I made my way back down to my room and into my house. Allister and all of the other werewolves were here. They were sitting around talking.

I walked over and sat next to Allister. He acknowledge my presence by shooting over a little.Night came in and sat beside me. Someone had made pancakes and we were all eating them happily.

I decided it was time to think about what we needed to do. I wanted to expand the house more. I meen we have the manpower and ability to. “Hey I want to make our home bigger. I could see their ears perk up.

“I want to add more rooms and secret passages out of the village. I want to make an secret escape route if we are attacked.” They nodded and we went to work. I opened the already made secret rooms. They were full of supplies and food.

We were all part of this house to we are the only ones who know about the secret passages. I only told them after everyone else who wanted their own house left. The passages where quite long du to secrecy and all of the stone in the house was enchanted so it wouldn't break.
