For those not familiar with Slavic traditions:
Kupala Night or Kupala - a Slavic celebration of summer solstice. On Kupala Night unmarried girls floated wreaths of flowers (frequently decorated with candles), in an attempt to find a future husband.
Dola – a guardian spirit, bonded to each individual during birth, a personification of destiny as well as life force and resilience against adverse life events. Slavs believed that everybody has his/her own Dola, however some people could inherit their Dola after a deceased member of a family.
