Sometimes I wonder why the dungeons of other races often have a riddle or something in order to enter. If they really wanted to protect it why not use something few actually know. If they can solve a tough equation like from calculus, then at least you know the person entering isn't dumb enough to attack the Duarves or whoever else owns the entrance.
