Mind-linking is a form of telepathic communication that is specific only to Weres and Dragons, though more is known about Weres mind-linking than Dragons.

Weres use mind-linking only when both parties are in Were form and from the same pack, pride or family group. To use mind link one must either focus on projecting the thought to a specific person or leaving the thought open for all who share a link with them.

Dragons seem to be able to mind-link in any form they take, though it is uncertain if they are confined to linking within group or kin-based relationships for mind-linking or not.
