Ryan stares at the cleaning supplies in his arms, his legs still shaking. A broom and mop, a bucket of water, a duster and a couple of bottles of various cleaning supplies. The door is locked and it's not like he even wants to leave anymore... that vampire did something to him, and he knows it. He doesn't know what she did, but he knows she did something. Looking at the locked door in front of him, he no longer desires to leave. This room is his world now. Maybe it has something to do with magic? Probably.
With a sigh of defeat, Ryan resigns himself to cleaning. It's not like he can do anything else.
He uses the broom to take down any cobwebs, or spiderwebs, mops the floor and uses the cleaner on the windows. Normally, he despises cleaning... but not right now.
Ryan is barely even aware of his own actions, simply following orders. Clearly, the vampire is controlling him somehow. He can't think of any other reason why he wouldn't be on the floor crying, right now! However... he pauses.
He stares out the window, looking at the bleak landscape below. He can't explain it, but he feels like a princess in a tower. The small male lifts his hand to go back to cleaning, but soon finds himself in control of his own actions again. Huh? Did the spell wear off?
He looks at the door. It's locked. But it's a door. And he wants to open it. He throws himself at the door, trying to open the door. The wood is old and partially rotten, but it takes a while for him to break the door open. Once he does, however... he begins to shake again.
Is this really happening? Did Abby really release him from the spell? Is this just a test? Not wanting to wait to find out, he rushes down the staircase as fast as possible, landing at the bottom step to see Abby sitting on the couch.
