"Bonjour, Mademoiselle Natalie!"
She said as I walked into the room.
"Ca va?"

I stood inside the door frame for a moment, thinking about what exactly that meant. 
I never really pay attention.

"Uh...I'm good."
Good one Zachary.

She smiled at me, waving me off to my seat.
We called her the queen of pop quizzes, and this was one of the reasons.

I walked over to my seat that resided in the back of the classroom and sat down.
Unfortunately, Maggie wasn't in this class, so I had to sit alone.

And so, the bell rang again, telling everyone it was officially time for class.
All the students sat down, putting their phones down, giving their undivided attention to the teacher, who went over to sit on her desk.

"Poor guys"
I thought to myself.

The teacher went over basic words and greetings.

Time passed on, and I found myself dozing off.
Thankfully the bell rang.
