(Fight!)

The three girls walked over, each of them feeling quite nervous. They gave each other anxious looks and took a deep breath. Shadow and Glympse each smirked, Shadow quietly chuckled to himself under his breath,

“Let the battle begin...” he said, an ominous tone to his voice. And with that, the orb was thrown high up into the air. There was a second of hesitation before the girls took off running, each to a different spot. Sage went to attack Glympse from behind, Sarah went to attack Shadow, and Ava tried to catch the orb. But Shadow and Glympse each had a plan of their own. So, when Sage tried to surprise Glympse from behind, or when Sarah tried to attack Shadow, they were too quick for them.

Suddenly, Glympse was on the other side of the court, and Shadow was high up in the air. Sage looked a tiny bit stunned and Sarah growled underneath her breath. She let out a sigh, jumped up a few feet into the air, and transformed into a hawk. She shot up further into the air and, while doing so, transformed into a wolf and somehow managed to somewhat tackle Shadow and send him back to the ground. Sage, on the other hand, with an extremely determined look in her eyes, darted after Glympse. The two chased each other back and forth, across the court. Finally, the two of them had run back and forth enough that Sage had actually managed to confuse Glympse and trap her. Sage stretched out her hand towards Glympse and small chords of lightning shot out of nowhere and wrapped around Glympse’s entire body.

“Well well...looks like you’ve cornered me...” Glympse smirked and went on, “What shall you do now?”

Sage sighed and looked down. She smirked. When she looked back up, her eyes were glowing a faint lime green, and had an extremely determined and mischievous look. She chuckled quietly to herself.

“Well...sense you asked...” She held up a ball of lightning. She threw it towards Glympse and was somewhat blocked by a sort of “energy-shield”. Glympse smirked. Sage looked somewhat confused, but still very determined.

Meanwhile, Ava, who had somehow managed to catch the orb without dropping or smashing it, was now trying to figure out what to do next. She looked around at her surroundings. She saw Sage trying to electrocute Glympse and Sarah once again in the form of a snake trying to somewhat strangle Shadow—both girls were having a difficult time trying to land a “blow”. She faintly smiled to herself and started to move towards John. When John saw that she had the orb, he perked up a little.

She kept walking over to him.

“So...what do I do with this now?” She asked. She handed the orb to John and he studied it. He looked back up at her and handed it back to her.

“It may be best if you keep it safe for now...” he replied, “...at least until I can find a good place for it.” He smiled at Ava. She shyly smiled back.

“O...okay...” She replied, suddenly quite nervous, and started to walk back to the battle that was going on.
