Luka grabs the keys and heads to the garage, he unlocks the car and walks over to the passenger seat, setting Kai down. They both get in and Luka starts the car, “I don’t live that far away so it won’t take that long,” He says as he starts pulling out, Kai buckles.

“Ok, how long will he be staying?” Kai asks looking over at Luka with his cheeks still filled with color.

“Maybe an hour or two, I’m not sure. I just don’t want him outside,” Luka says rubbing his temples.

“You good?” Kai asks leaning over, close to Luka’s shoulder.

“Yeah, I just have a headache. I guess I drank a little too much,” Luka says leaning over quickly and kissing the top of Kai’s head.

“You drank too much, I can barely walk. I think,” Kai says smiling as he continues to lean over.

“I just wish he would go back to the fricken house so I didn’t have to come get him, I feel anxious driving,” Luka says gripping the wheel more tightly.

“Hey, at least I’m not driving,” Kai says rubbing his face on Luka’s arm, Luka smiles a little, still nervous.

“I thought we wouldn’t have to leave today, I’m sorry our day was ruined,” Luka says sighing.

“It’s all good, we can snuggle once we get back and we also have all day tomorrow,” Kai says with a big smile, just thinking about all the snuggles.

“I promise, tomorrow well spend all day together. I’ll also take you out for breakfast,” Luka says calming down.

“Perfect, now I’m excited,” Kai says as they pull up to a house, Luka smiles and unbuckles as he quickly gets out of the car. He heads towards the side of the house and sees Miky.

“Miky!” Luka says running over to him and giving him a big hug.

“Luka, I’m so happy to see you,” Miky says hugging him back, Luka lets him go after a second and sees Miky’s eyes all red and puffy.

“Come on, let’s get in the car,” Luka says standing back up as he reaches out his hand, helping Miky up. They walk to the car and both get in.

“Hi,” Kai says looking towards the backseat where Miky is sitting.

“Hello,” Miky says quietly.

“Miky this is Kai, Kai this is Miky,” Luka says as he gets buckled again, he starts driving as they all sit their quietly. Kai notices Luka’s hand on his lap, he reaches and grabs it. Luka smiles, “So, we’re taking you to Kai’s house and you’ll stay for an hour. Two hours at most and then I’m taking you home, I don’t want you complaining. You’re lucky I didn’t bring you back to the house,” Luka says squeezing Kai’s hand.

Miky looks at their hands a little confused, “I mean I didn’t ask you to pick me up,” He says making eye contact with Luka in the rearview mirror.

“Well it was either this or you had to go back to the house, and I knew you weren’t gonna do that,” Luka says as Kai sleeps against him, leaning over the console still.

Miky rolls his eyes. He looks back at their hands still confused, “Why are you guys holding hands, don’t you only do that with girls,” He says changing the subject, Luka looks down at their hands then back up at the road.

“Why can I only hold hands with girls?” Luka asks.

“Because dad said so, he said boys should only be with girls,” Miky says looking at Luka.

Luka sits for a bit not knowing what to say, “Dad doesn’t know what he’s talking about, he’s a very close minded person,” He says pulling into the driveway.

“You still haven’t answered my question,” Miky says as Luka parks, he gets out of the car and walks over to Kai’s side as Miky gets out of the car.

“Because I wanted to hold his hand, how about that,” Luka says picking Kai up and shutting the door as they all head inside, “Why does it matter to you so much?” Luka asks walking towards Kai’s bedroom.

“I was just wondering, I mean I’m ok with you holding his hand. I’m sure mom would be too,” Miky says following Luka.

“Don’t,” Luka says setting Kai down, “Don’t talk about mom around me,” He says leading Miky out.

“Quit being such a baby about it, it’s not you’re fault. You never want to talk about her, it’s like she didn’t exist to you,” Miky says as Luka walks him to the living room.

“Stay here, if you need something knock. Here’s the remote and there are some blankets, don’t ask for snack cause I will say no. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom I just put Kai in, don’t make a mess,” Luka says kissing his head and then walking away.

“Mom would like you to talk about her instead of pretending like she was never here,” Miky says standing in the middle of the living room.

“How would you know, you didn’t know her,” Luka replies as he shuts the door, he stands against the door and slowly slides down. He looks over at Kai with a smile, “She loved you, I guess she always knew there was something between us,” Luka says as a few tears roll down his face. He stands up slowly and walks over to the bed, sitting down next to Kai.

“Is it snuggle time?” Kai asks quietly still kinda asleep, Luka smiles.

“Yeah, it’s snuggle time,” Luka says getting comfortable under the covers, Kai clings to him. It becomes very warm underneath the blanket from Kai’s body heat.

“You’re so soft and warm and amazing,” Kai says squishing his face into Luka’s side, Luka holds him tightly as Kai wraps his leg over him.

“I love how cuddly you are, you’re like a koala,” Luka says falling asleep kind of, Kai squeezes him tighter. Kai tickles Luka’s belly making him smile, “Hey, I thought it was cuddle time,” Luka says turning towards Kai hugging him.

“It is, that doesn’t mean I can’t tickle you,” Kai says as he continues to tickle him, Luka pushes himself over top of Kai. He sits down gently and starts tickling Kai.

“Let's see how you like it,” Luka says as they both laugh, Kai starts flailing his legs and finally reaches his arms up, pulling Luka down into a kiss. Luka stops tickling him as they continue.

All of a sudden they hear a knock at the door, Luka breaks away, “What?” He asks.

“What can I have to drink?” Miky asks as Kai rubs his nose on Luka’s cheek.

“Water, you don’t need to ask for water,” Luka says smiling a little as he turns and kisses the tip of Kai’s nose.

“Ok, I was just wondering, sorry for bugging you,” Miky says walking away.

“He’s so sweet, asking for water,” Kai says as Luka turns back to him.

“How about we don’t talk about my brother as we make out please,” Kai says kissing Kai again.

“Fine by me,” Kai replies pulling Luka’s face closer, wrapping his arms around the back of Luka’s neck.
