A few hours later..

“I saw him, girls. He is tied up against a tree.” whispered Cos as he ran back to Amethyst and Blossom who were hiding between a pair of bushes. “How many elves?” she said while getting her arrows ready for battle. “I saw no one.” “That can’t be right.” said Amethyst. Blossom was thinking. “We stick to the plan. Amethyst helps dad with his ties. We’ll take out whoever is there. We can do it.” They nodded.

Amethyst slowly walked up towards Avalon. He saw her, but he couldn’t say anything to her. Avalon had a towel in his mouth. He tried to get rid of it. He also saw Blossom and Cos in the distance, ready to fight.

“And? Anyone yet?” Blossom shook her head. “Nope, I see nobody. I got my arrow and bow ready, though. ” Cos nodded.

Amethyst got closer and closer to their father. She was nervous. Amethyst kept looking around for traps or worse, the kidnappers. “Don’t worry father, we will get you out of here.” she whispered. Avalon looked like he didn’t want them here. He kept pointing with his head to Blossom and Cos’ direction, but every time Amethyst turned around, she saw nothing. She thought her father must have been worried for the kidnappers to return. Amethyst was sure they could do it, just like Hiro was sure he could do his plan..

I was right, they always fall for it every single time. So sad. Well, let’s give my “pal” Avalon the honours of starting this show. It’s the least I can do before killing him.

Amethyst finally got to Avalon. She put out the towel. “RUN! RUN!” yelled Avalon. Amethyst was confused.

“What did he say, Blos?” asked Cos who was trying to figure out what was going on there. Blossom tried to reach out to both Amethyst as Avalon, but it didn’t seem to work. She was too distracted to focus on their connection. “I don’t know, Cos. You check up on them.” He looked at her. “You sure?” “YES! I’ll be fine! Now go!”

“Dad, what do you mean?” said Amethyst while she was trying to make the ties loose. She totally ignored Avalon’s worried face. He was trying to find out where Hiro went. “Blossom and Cos are here..” He tried to hug her with the remaining ties. “Tell Blossom I love her, please. Now run!” Avalon begin to drop tears. “Dad! We will get you out of here!” Avalon shook his head.

And while he shook his head, ninja blades cut Avalon everywhere. “Find Bishop!” he yelled in shock. “He-” Avalon couldn’t finish his words. He was bleeding to his death so fast. Amethyst tried to stop it, but the blood kept coming and coming.

“SHIT! COS HURRY!” screamed Blossom. She was shocked, where did the ninja blades come from? They came out of nowhere. “OH DANG! WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?!” yelled Blossom who got stabbed in the back. She fell on the ground. She screamed of the pain. However, Blossom didn’t see anyone. Cos turned around and ran towards Blossom, he forgot about Amethyst and Avalon. “BLOSSOM!” he screamed while Cos got hurt by ninja blades in his legs. He fell on the ground as well. Hiro knocked him out with the end of his blade. Blossom was trying to stand up but Hiro threw another small blade which made her fall back on the ground.

Thyst, run! Please run…. Why can’t you hear me, Thyst…

Amethyst was crying. She held Avalon in her arms. He was gone. His eyes were closed. She couldn’t believe it. The tears kept falling on the ground. She heard the footsteps approaching her. She could hear the blade sliding on the ground. She could Hiro breath.

“You must be Amethyst.” Amethyst saw a rock to her right. She reached for it. Hiro kicked it away. “I don't want to hurt you.” Amethyst furiously stood up and turned around to Hiro. “YOU JUST KILLED MY FATHER. THAT HURTS!” she screamed.

She has a point.

“Miss, could you please kindly go with me?” he smiled.

THIS DUDE THINKS I WANT TO GO WITH HIM?! IS HE JUST CRAZY?! HE KILLED MY FATHER!

Amethyst looked around and saw both Blossom and Cos knocked out. “They are still alive. I only kill the people they are paying me for.”

Oh, so he is an assassin too?! Wait, that means he is…

“You're from The Wind?” asked Amethyst. Hiro nodded. “What do they want from me?!” she yelled while trying to run away. She was imagining the worst possible ideas The Wind could have for her, after all they killed the fairies and don’t forget her father. Hiro grabbed her by her arm. “The Wind specifically doesn't want anything from you, one elf does. Now please, work along. I have to bring you unharmed, princess of Highland.”

How can he speak so damn nice while he just killed my dad?! WHAT’S WRONG WITH HIM!

Hiro chained her. “I tried the nice way.” he smiled.

THE PIECE OF...OHHH, I'M ANGRY. HOW DARES HE. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS.

“Let me introduce myself. I'm Hiro. The Winds best assassin.”

Confidence much?! Oh Eira.

“Let's go.” He lifted Amethyst up and started carrying her like she was a bride. “Where are you taking me to?!” she said angry. He looked into her beautiful shinning ocean blue eyes, he found them sparkling and then he looked away.

Fine. Don't answer me… You killed my father. You hurt Blossom and Cos. For Eira sakes, I hope they are still alive.. And now you're taking me to Eira knows where. I don't even know who I am anymore….. I'm not Amethyst of Highland.. 

Wait, I almost forgot... dad said something about a bishop? Where do I find this bishop? Could he be the one that knows who I really am?

I need to get away from here, but how...
