It's been a week since dirk ca.came to the hospital 

You walk into the room to see a vary tired dirk 

Dave: hey 

Dirk: hey..

Dave: I brought you some not hospital food 

Dirk: awesome..

The both of you sit on the bed not saying a word just eating well you eat while watching dirk try to eat. The same as always

*the next day* 

Doctor: excuse me Mr. Strider 

Dave: uh yes 

Doctor: hi someone under the name of bro strider call asking if he could visit dirk do you know him? 

Dave: yes I do and yes he can I guess 

Doctor: okay I'll call him then 

Your name is dave and you just walked into the brothers hospital room bitching about the doctor which makes dirk smile 

Dave: OMG 

Dirk: what..

Dave: YOU JUST SMILED 

dirk: I did ?

Dave: YES 

Dirk: oh is that a problem?

Dave: NO not at all 

Dave: it's nice to see you smile 

Dirk: oh it is ?

Dave: yes lil bro it is 

Dirk started to smile a little more everyday and sleep, eat a little more everyday but I knew that he would be coming here soon and dirk's smile would go away again
