I am starting to tackle some long-standing issues in my life. Addiction, employment, diet and exercise... all the boring but fundamental stuff. And the more I work on it, the more I realize how much effort and care it takes to do these things right.
I suppose if I'm going to learn this that it's better late than never; but I can't help but wonder how things might have been if I had had any real guidance.
