Through all the discord between the Rose and Thorn Kingdom's, they all still belonged to Wonderland. The neighboring kingdoms were at a far distance and were aware of the war between Rose and Thorn, but chose not to aid any of them due to the rules set by Wonderland.
"If someone starts a war, there is a reason for it. Whether it be for good or evil, no other kingdom shall interfere."
It was one of the few rules that the people of Wonderland followed and it was obvious that any other kingdom who interfere may not benefit much from the war. Jack had forgotten this since his memory loss, but the word "Wonderland" seemed to have struck something in the back of his mind.
"Tweedle-Dum!"
Jack turned around to see who was calling, but no one was there. Only the Red Queen sat before him and his sudden turn caused her to glare at him.
"I think...I just remembered my name," Jack told her.
Queen Hong stood up and withdrew her sword, throwing the one-eyed man into a state of panic, "So...state your name."
Jack raised both of his hands into the air and gulped, "Tw-Tweedle-Dum?"
After a couple of seconds, Hong put down her weapon and sheathed it.
"I think I heard that name before," she placed her hand over her mouth again and pondered.
"I don't have time to help you, but I'll do my best to investigate your past life." Queen Hong saluted to him.
A royal had almost never saluted anyone before. If they did, it was meant out of respect and a promise that they could never break. Jack was a bit surprised, but saluted back to her.
I guess I was probably a Rose citizen...

In another part of the Rose territory, Queen Shiro was preparing to go into battle. Though she rarely participated, it was more of a formal event for her to make sure she saw her soldiers off and their return. Shiro was against holding a weapon after she saw her sister that day.
She clenched her fist thinking about it before Alistair came up to her, "Your majesty."
He bowed before coming up to her, "It seems like the Rose Queen has awoken."
"I see...so sister didn't die," though Shiro was filled with rage at what her sister had done, she was also a bit relieved that Hong was still alive.
Why am I relieved though? I need to avenge our father.
That day, Shiro happened to see her sister, then-Princess Hong, withdraw the sword from her father. Shiro was shocked that she accidentally knocked on the door when she tried to cover her gasp and Hong ran up to her in a menacing glare. Hong raised her hands above her head with the sword that had killed their father and the look that Hong gave burned into Shiro's mind.
"S-sister?"
Shiro shivered as Hong realized it was Shiro and she started to cry. Hong's facial expression completely changed from murder to a face of worry and the red-haired older sister tried to reach out to her and ask her what was wrong. Shiro had slapped her hand away and dashed.
Sister...sister killed father! Shiro distinctly remembered thinking as she ran away from the castle.
Several of the servants witnessed Shiro leaving and attempted to stop her on Princess Hong's orders to make sure everyone was safely inside.
"I can't stay here!" Shiro screamed.
Hong felt something was wrong as she had chased after the Thorn King and momentarily stopped to turn to look at her home castle.
Shiro?
There was no time to think. The Thorn King escaped and Princess Hong decided to capture and kill him.
"My Princess!" Several servants ended up following Princess Shiro and eventually some soldiers caught sight of the princess and chased after her.
Shiro managed to escape to the summer castle where her family would stay sometimes. Though they would escape to this castle during the heat, Hong had never once stepped foot in the summer castle. Shiro collapsed once she reached the inner courtyard of the summer castle and burst into tears.
"Your majesty, we must go back!" A servant called out.
"I can't go back!" Shiro wailed, "Hong killed our father!"
Everyone stood in shock and didn't know what to do with the crying princess. A soldier walked up to her and tried to ask for confirmation.
"I saw it with my own eyes!" Shiro placed her head in her hands, the tears dripping onto the ground.
The soldier tried to reassure her and picked her up, "We need to speak about this in a private matter. Is there a captain here or anyone that can help Princess Shiro?"
No one in the audience walked up. During the conflict, several Rose citizens witnessed the princess, servants and soldiers chasing after her that they ended up following them to listen or watch what was going on.
"I'll help her," a young man emerged from where the citizens stood.
"Eh?!" One of the soldiers pointed their blade at the man.
"Jack?!"
"My name isn't Jack, princess...Wait." He rushed up to the crying princess, "Did you see someone that looked like me?!"
