Dying My Hair Purple

I started this journal last month and dyed my hair purple twice in two weeks. It wasn't purple enough the first time and I made a lot of mistakes.
Also, I was still trying to figure out what I wanted to do with this art journal, so it's not in comic form. I hadn't decided on that at this point.
My intention for this art journal/diary/comic is to do it all by hand. No digital drawing or digital painting. (Except, I did do my icon digitally.) Since I have a digital webcomic going already (Smallkeedtime Hawaii), I wanted to be able to work on a comic when I'm not at the computer. So, I work on this comic in my sketchbook (that I made myself!) while I'm out or sitting on the couch (spending time with family).
At least I'm in the "presence" of my family instead of alone in the studio. I converse. lol
