About Coming Out

Coming out is always a struggle. I hate initiating conversations, and this is one that especially difficult to breach. Sometimes I prefer to stay in the closet, because being misgendered is somehow easier when you know the person doesn't know, than when they do. But staying in the closet is also so painful. I try to disconnect from reality to avoid dysphoria but that doesn't do anyone any good.
