PRESENT DAY

Kenan went to work but found that Cairo had not showed up yet. He completed his work and by noon went to the cafeteria for lunch. While heading back to the office Kenan saw a familiar figure standing by the entrance of the science building.

“Frank? Kenan called out

“Oh hey Kenan” Frank responded and rushed in to hug Kenan

“What are you doing here?” Kenan asked as he looked around uncomfortably

“ I came to see you” Frank replied excitedly

“How did you know where to find me? Kenan asked with a surprised look on his face

“Your best friend told me” Frank replied

“Oh,” Kenan said

“I wanted to come in person and ask you something,” Frank said shyly

“Go ahead” Kenan replied

“Would you like to go on a date with me?” Frank asked

“Uhhm I mean am really busy these days,” Kenan said while avoiding eye contact with Frank

“Please even just an hour with you would mean a lot,” Frank said

Kenan stood there not sure of what to say. He liked Frank but not in that kind of way. He didn't know how he felt about him yet so it was risky to start anything right now. 

Just then Kenan noticed Cairo's car pull up into the parking lot. Cairo came out of his car and then started walking towards the lab. Cairo saw Kenan and Frank standing by the entrance talking. And just when Cairo was close enough Kenan responded to frank:

“Yes il go on a date with you”
