Three in the morning. Tokyo night life had dwindled down, The once busy streets were only filled with occasional passing cars. Nevertheless, the bright lights continued to illuminate the rainy night.

”It’s cold,” Eiji said, shivering. He felt stupid for thinking it wouldn’t be so cold since winter was gone. Yet, as if to betray him, the rain which started early in the evening continued its cruel downpour.

”Takahashi-san, you should have dressed more.”, Minami said with a yawn, sleepiness was showing on his face.

”I didn’t think it will be this cold.”, Eiji replied. The temperature wasn’t that much different from winter. But having so few layers of clothes probably made it more cold.

”Do you want to borrow my jacket? I have one more, Takahashi-san”, Minami said while he brought a pink colored jacket with a cute bear design on its hoodie. The overflowing cuteness made Eiji dread. There was no way he would wear it.

”Thanks for the offer Sakuraba-san. I don’t think it will fit me.”, Eiji replied.

”You can borrow mine, Eiji-san”, A tall young looking man walked up to Eiji. A few others were with him. Unlike Eiji and Minami with only a bag with them, the filming crew had quite a huge load with them.

”It’s alright, I don’t want to bother you guys. Looks like you have to carry a lot.”, Eiji said, astonished with all the equipment the film crew were carrying.

”No worries Eiji-san. We are always on the move so we’re used to it. Wait, I’ll go pick up the jacket”, Nobu ran off in an instant. Eiji simply smiled while he watched the back of the young man running away with vigor.

”Are you close with Umehara-san, Takahashi-san? You address on first name basis”, Minami looked at him curiously. Eiji didn’t know why they would address each other with first name basis. They barely knew each other few days ago. Perhaps, it was because of that night? Of course, there was no reason for Minami to know about such details.

”Just because”, Eiji replied.

Nobuaki soon came back faster than expected. He also brought such a big equipment on his back. He was probably on his way to bring it to the baggage counter.

”Eiji-san please wear this.”, Nobu handed a jacket which was oddly familiar. Eiji couldn’t recall where he had seen it, but he was sure that somewhere…

“Ahh! That jacket…”, Eiji exclaimed. That was the jacket Eiji spilled his can of beer on. It was also the jacket he sucked in a stupid attempt to dry it off from the fluid.

”This jacket?”, Nobu tilted his head in confusion. However, it only took a few second for him to understand what Eiji meant. His head flustered beet red, remembering the naughty things Eiji had done with it.

”No.. .Eiji-san it’s not my intention… I just.. well.. do you want to use the one I’m wearing? But umm.. it might smell sweaty, sorry”, Nobu replied in panic and his blushing face was a pleasure to look at. Eiji couldn’t help but let out a faint chuckle.

”It’s alright. I’ll use that one. Thanks Nobu-kun”, Eiji grabbed the jacket. He smelled it out of curiosity. It didn’t stink of beer, instead it smelled of sun dried fabric conditioner.

”Smells good, I doubted that maybe you didn’t wash it yet”, Eiji replied while wearing the jacket. It was quite a good fit. The chill was gone in an instant. The coldness was replaced by a comfortable warmth.

”Eiji-san.. please don’t tease me like that again… Don’t smell me!”, Nobu said while he looked away. He was sure that his face was not in any good condition. His heart was beating so fast and he could feel his face burning. Nobu didn’t know he would feel like this simply by seeing Eiji smelling his jacket.

”What are you talking about?” Eiji had no idea what Nobu was talking about. Nobu looked like he was blabbering nonsense. His face was strongly turning red.

”Are you sick?”, Eiji moved towards Nobu and pressed their forehead together. Indeed it felt hot. Nobu’s temperature was surely higher than his own.

”Idiot. Why offer your jacket when you are burning yourself? You should just wear two layers.”, Eiji said in worry. Nobu was a good kid. He thought of Eiji and even offered him a jacket when he wasn’t feeling well himself. Of course, Eiji didn’t want anyone getting in trouble because of him. But the kindness Nobu showed was genuine and as a fellow human being, it felt nice to see people being nice.

”I’m good. See you!”, Nobu replied and stormed away quickly. He felt like his heart was going explode any moment. The moment Eiji smelled his jacket was playing on his head on repeat. He was getting hard simply by thinking about it.

”I guess he’s really sick. We shouldn’t let him overwork later”, Eiji replied and looked at Minami who was quietly standing still. The young petite boy also had a flushed face.

”Are you sick too Sakuraba-san? You were going on about wearing thinly but you look sick yourself.”, Eiji chuckled and ruffled Minami’s hair.

”Eeee… Takahashi-san you… eee….”, Minami was surprised. There was no mistaking it. Just now, he saw Takahashi-san flirting with someone from the filming crew. Even the reaction Umehara-san showed was a total spoiler. Minami was reminded of the comics his sister always read.
