Okay, so for literally everyone else that doesn't get the joke I made: During the Battle of Chosin Reservoir (During the Korean War), a section under the US Marine Corps ran out of mortar shells and when they radioed in for more shells, they ended up get airlifted thousands of Tootsie Roll candies instead. This happened because the code name for mortar shells was "Tootsie Rolls," but the guy that took the radio call didn't know that and ordered the candy instead of the bullets.
