Minami walked up to the plane cabin. His sight wandered to the seats Takahashi and Umehara were. The small guy nodded in contentment. He didn’t know why he would feel like this. His heart was leaping out of joy. He wasn’t attracted to either Nobu or Eiji, and he wasn’t gay(?) but seeing them together sparked joy.
”32B…”, Minami looked for Nobu’s seat. It was easy to spot and he soon excused himself into the tight passage that led to his seat.
”Hey, f*cker what are you doing here? That one is taken!”, an angry youthful voice said. Minami jerked in surprise. Out of hobby, he bowed and apologized before he could check who was yelling at him.
”I’m sorry! Umehara-san wanted to change seats with me”
”The f*ck? Nobu-san did? Are you sure you’re not fooling me?”, the loudmouth said.
”No! Look at the front he’s there…”, Minami explained while he looked at the guy with a foul mouth. Just as he expected, he looked like mean guy through and through. He had that bully look that Minami would normally stay away from.
The guy seemed to have seen Nobu when his eyes showed surprise. He could only see the back of his boss’ head but it was enough to recognize the back of the boss he always followed from behind.
”What is Nobu-san doing there? Did you trick him into something funny?”, the mean looking guy said with a threatening look on his face. Minami couldn’t help but feel scared. He looked like a rabbit cornered by a big bad wolf.
”Akihiko! Don’t be so noisy! We’re trying to sleep here!”, a woman’s voice called out. Minami sighed in relief thinking that he had been spared.
”Look who’s talking, you’re loud yourself old hag!”, Akihiko rebuked. Soon Minami was forgotten and a heated argument followed between the guy called Akihiko and the unknown woman from the back.
The yelling caught everyone’s attention. They were soon the center of attention and the passengers were scowling right at them. Thankfully a cabin crew approached the loudmouth and the woman and were told to remain quite.
Minami thought how scary would it be to with this person. He reminded Minami of their boss from the advertising department who did nothing else but yell and curse. The young guy told himself to do his best to stay away from the person called Akihiko.
Meanwhile, at the front, Eiji and Nobu noticed the commotion going on at the back. Hearing the voices was enough for Nobu to figure out it was his assistant and Sashihara, the loudmouth duo. Nobu could only facepalm as a flight attendant scold them.
”They’re awfully noisy back there. Aren’t they your people?… and what is Sakuraba-san doing there?”, Eiji asked. Minami didn’t really cause any trouble but to think that he would sit together with some people from the filming crew, Eiji was honestly surprised. Perhaps his frequent disappearance was because Minami had found friends from the crew.
”Just ignore them Eiji-san. You should rest for a bit. You look tired.”, Nobu said.
Eiji nodded in response and closed his eyes. It didn’t take long for Eiji to fall asleep since his body was truly tired. He didn’t have enough rest either as he had to wake up at one in the morning to prepare for his flight.
Nobu smiled while he stared at the sleeping Eiji. He looked, calm, gentle and beautiful. His eyelashes were long and his lips had a perfect curve. The only thing Nobu didn’t like were the dark circles around the older man’s eyes. It was waste that such a fine beauty had to overwork and stop caring his body.
Nobu touched Eiji’s hair which was fallen to cover his face and swept it sideways. He touched the sleeping man’s nose and then cheeks. He wanted to do more but when his motive was beginning to show, he stopped himself. Nobu didn’t want Eiji to feel awkward around him again.
Nobu carefully moved Eiji’s head and had it rest on his shoulder. Nobu was at bliss and everything was just too peaceful. He closed his eyes and wanted to remain like this forever. Soon, he too fell into slumber and his head rested on Eiji’s.
