She kept running, her hand occasionally moving to her pocket that held the letter from her parents.Not paying attention to those around her she bumped into something with a 'off' and fell to the ground.

"Ow,"She said rubbing her head,"sorry."

"Watch where your going Moon."Hissed a familiar voice and she looked up to see none other than Malfoy.

She scowled standing up dusting herself off and just pushed past him,"Whatever."

As she continued running Malfoy watched her go until she turned the corner.The tip of his pale ears dusted a faint pink and he scowled turning away. Historia ran barley able to catch up with her breath.She exclaimed when she saw the run down hut and stopped when she came to the door.Knocking on the door she could clearly thumping foot steps on the wooden floors and the door opened reveal Hagrid.

"Historiah',"Brightly smiling behind his bushy beard he pulled her into a crushing hug,lifting her off the ground.

"H-hello Hagrid good t-to see you to,"saying strained then he laid her back the ground welcoming her inside as she wheezed.She didn't even have time to look at her surroundings until she was tromped to the ground by a slobbery creature.It was licking her face.

"Ah-"Lick."Hel-"Lick."Gah-"Lick."Someone-"Lick."Haha!"She laughed.

"Fang ya' get off!"And it got off with a whine leaving Historia slimy.

"Ew."Whipping the slob off.

There was a snicker and someone helped her up,"You alright Historia?"

"Yeah thanks Harry,"she whipped slime off her eye,"what was that?"

Another snicker came from the side. Hermione.

"That was Hagrids dog Fang."

"Slimy dog,"She mumbled and the big slobbery,wrinkly grey furred creature rubbed against her side and she gave in to the droopy face and pet its head and he pushed into her hand.She smiled slightly,"but a little cute I guess."

"Its good your here Historia I was just about to ask-"

"What are you doing here Moon?"Snarled a all to familiar red head voice.

She glanced at Harrys embarrassed look and she could tell it had slipped his mind to mention to the Weasley that she would be tagging along to visit Hadrig.

"I decided to come along",she sighed,"and besides I'm not planning on staying."

"What why?"Hermione asked disappointed.

She bounce slightly on the balls of her feet uncomfortable of answering her question.Onyx sensing her distress left his seat around Hermiones neck and slithered he way to her around her leg ,then her waist and finally around her neck staring into her eyes.

Historia? His voice whispered in her head.

Later,She thought back softly pulling his head on her collar bone.

"Um,something came up.Its kinda important.Sorry."Rubbing the back of her head.

Hadrig smiled understanding,"Its alright you can visit me another time."

She nodded,"I suppose I'll meet you guys later."

Harry and Hermione smiled while Weasley grunted.

After leaving Hadrigs hut Historia found herself walking to the black lake.Stopping beside a tree she made herself comfortable on the grass and leaned back on the trunk.Pulling out the letter she sighed.

Onyx looked at her questioningly.

"This was left to me by my parents."She explained.

Aren't you going to open it?

"I don't know Onyx."Tracings her fingers along the wax stamp that kept it closed.

Why?

She was quiet for a second thinking,"I guess.......I'm afraid of what it may say.I don't think I'm ready for what it may say."She said miserably.

Onyxs coils tightened slightly in comfort,What do you want to do?

Historisa thought for a moment and folded the letter placing it into her pocket,"Wait."

She folded her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. Staring out to the black lake catching a glimpses of the squid that lived within it, she just sat there her mood darkened.A part of Historia wanted to read what was within that letter.But there was another that told her to wait a part that was afraid of what may be inside.Tightening her arms around her knees her hair falling over her eyes, she felt lost.So many questions and fears ran through her mind

As she sulked what she didn't know was that someone was watching her from a distance and had send a charm to cheer her up.

A fluttering light pulled her out of her head.

A butterfly.It glowed a beautiful blue halo.Each beat of its wings left a soft cloud of blue dust in its wake before fading away. Historia stared at it with awe as it landed within her now open palm.It flew away followed by more multi-colored butterflies and she stood as she was now surround in their beauty.They twirled,danced and circled her.Her fears gone.The glowing blue butterfly landed on her nose its legs tinkling her and she smiled as it a once again flew away followed by the rest.

"Such beautiful magic."She whispered awed,a twig snapped behind her and she turned to see no one.She was kinda disappointed. Who ever it was that made those butterflies was gone now.

And who ever that was really cheered her up.
