Am I the only person who gets stuck with impossible crushes? ^^; Im always in over my head, I swear.

I've had countless crushes on girls and guys and I never confessed to one! My idea of a crush is just someone who I really admire, but don't necessarily want to date. I felt that confessing and making it real would ruin my perception of them. It doesn't help that i'm shy either lol.
