I blushed feeling awkward and hesitant for keeping her, I almost think that I am keeping her as a slave. Even though she decided to stay I still feel hesitant. I take in a deep breath in and out. I let my throat go cold and I say “what is your name?”. The girl looks at me a little shocked she replies with Ivory. Trying to sound confident I say “oh that's actually a really cute name”. Ivory's cheeks turn cotton candy pink. I smile at her and she smiles back. Silence fulfills the room for a few moments. Ivory then clears her throat and looks at me then quickly looks the other direction. I wonder what she is thinking but am unsure of how to ask if she’s ok. Of course, she may feel a little awkward I literally made her stay at my house! I decide not to ask if anything is wrong. It feels weird to feel so awkward between somebody you just met and who practically just saved your life.

“Um thank you for helping me out earlier, I say.

“Oh yeah no problem,” Ivory says shyly. “I need to get going”.

“Ok thank you for coming over Ivory!,” I say cheerfully.
