One of the main things that triggers my migraines is pressure shifts that come along with heat/cold
Which is what it's like ALL THE DAMN TIME when it shifts from Spring to Summer, and Summer to Fall. Makes them jump from once or twice a month to every week for a little bit.
I really want to move further inland to where the weather is less confused
