I ran to my room in a desperate search for money. After basically turning my room upside down. I then found a little dark speck laying on my dresser. I picked it up and looked at it. The object was in the shape of a heart that was dark red and it shined. It was so shiny I could see my own reflection. I set the heart back on my dresser and went back down to the kitchen to grab my emergency money. I counted up how much money I had and it added up to $5.oo. I winced at the amount but it was enough to by a pizza and a soda. It was raining outside and I didn't feel like getting wet so I went into the garage.
In the garage, I found dad's old rusty ford. I found the keys and decided to drive. I found a booster in the garage and put it on the driver's seat so it looked like I was taller. Even though I'm 13 I'm still pretty short for someone my own age. I sat in the car and gently set my hands on the steering wheel. I put my foot on the peddle and push the car goes flying forward crashing into the wall. I wince and the shift the car into reverse. I pushed the pedal hesitated while I went down the driveway and made it to the main road safely.
I then put the car into drive and went to Kum & Go. I parked the car safely and to my surprise, not many people were here. I grabbed the keys and locked the car and then walked into the store. As I walked in I could hear the little ding of the bell notifying the clerk that I walked in. The clerk lifted his head, deep dark lines were under his eyes making him look like he hasn't slept all day. I glanced at him then quickly looked away making sure he didn't see me looking at him. I went over to the frozen and looked to see what the cheapest pizza was. Plain cheese, pretty bland but it could be worse so I ignored the fact and picked it and then went to the soda aisle. I picked my favorite type of soda, Pepsi and put it on top of the pizza. The soda rolled down and gently stopped at my chest. I looked down at the soda then back up. I walked over to the cashier and laid out the money. I looked at the clerk as he looked up and typed in what I got and the said in a low voice ¨That´ll be $ 4.50 ma´am.¨ I looked at the money that was I had already set onto the counter and then looked back up at him. He looked down at the money then looked back up at me then back down at the money as he took it his eyes fixed only at the cashier he said ¨Have a sparkly day.¨. I smiled at him not wanting to be rude then quickly left and hopped back into my car. I set the pizza and the soda on the passenger's seat. I then drove home.
As I drove up the driveway carefully I grabbed the pizza and soda and then got out and looked at the wall to see how much damage I had done to the wall. It was hardly visible and my parents weren't the type to be overly observant, so there was really no need to worry. I walked inside the house and set my soda in the fridge and took out the pizza and flipped the pizza box over. Even though I had cooked this type of pizza many times before I didn't want to risk it. I read the box and I then put the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, I went into the living room sat down on the sofa and decided to watch some tv.
There was nothing too good on but I watched Criminal Minds one of my favorite shows. I heard the chime of the oven and grabbed my pizza. I set the pizza onto the island and grabbed a plate and the pizza slicer. I cut the tiny pizza into 5 pieces. I then took my pizza into my bedroom and turned on the tv in my bedroom and just ate. After a bit, I grabbed my phone from my bed stand and texted Ivory.
