A few years ago, at a comic convention, a man commented on the lack of architecture, detailed backgrounds, and establishing shots in my then-comic, Ball & Chain. It was a very valid criticism, until he said: “oh, women just have a harder time with that stuff”. As a result, I made it my life’s mission to prove that bro wrong.
Margot lives a quiet life in a forbidden radioactive zone alongside her mutant cat, Simon. One day, she takes in an injured Scavenger named Punch and things start to get somewhat less quiet (but only somewhat).
