Kenan was surprised when he heard Cairo talk about having a girlfriend. The fact that he had made a gay porn video in the past made Kenan assume he was gay but he shouldn't have been too quick to judge. 

He never actually knew why Cairo was there that day they shot the video. It was an amateur video but Kenan never got the sense that Cairo did not know what he was doing and low key Cairo looked like he definitely enjoyed the scenes they had.
