"YOU DUMBASS!"
Timothy yells, grabbing onto something, anything, for dear life.
The pod slows down, then speeds up all of the sudden, then with a bright flash of light, we've arrived.
"See? That wasn't so bad."
I nudge Timothy, he gives me the glare of death in return.
"Well, we're here. Look out for the ship. And..other possible ships we might come across."
And so we do.
We search high and low, left and right, even through an asteroid belt.
Twice.
"Maybe you put in the wrong directions?"
Violet says, rubbing the back of her neck.
"No, I'm sure I put the right ones in. I even double checked!"
I rub my chin and begin to think.
I saw the coordinates myself.
I even heard the commander talking about them with the current general.
"Down."
A voice said, making me gasp.
"What? What happened?"
Violet asked.
I shook my head.
"I dunno...let me try something."
I took the controls back into my hands, then begun to fly straight down.
We flew like that for what seemed like hours, then finally, we saw the ship we were looking for.
"YES! See, I had no doubt in you whatsoever, Tim."
Violet shouted, making Timothy roll his eyes.
"Whatever. Lets just board the ship and get this over with, I don't like this one bit..."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After putting on our breathing gear, we align our pod with the opening of the ship and slowly walk in, weapons in hand.
"HELLO? We're cadets from the Andromeda, we've come here to save you!"
I shout, walking around, but finding nothing.
After a couple of minutes we decide to split up.
Violet and Timothy going up, and I staying right where we walked in.
"Jacob"
A voice said.
The same one from before.
"Who are you? what do you want? And how do you know my name?"
The voice chuckled a low chuckle.
"I know everything about you, Jacob."
Before I could say anything, Violet began to yell.
I ran upstairs as fast as I could.
"What? what happened?"
Violet ran over to me, pointing to a dark room.
I walked in finding nothing at first, but as I turned around, I saw it.
Hundreds of people, dead.
But not just dead.
Covered in a sticky blue substance.
