Well, he's an angel! Of course he's got wings...and they're pretty special wings, too!
Some design details: The ribbon on HIS right arm and on our left side is....interesting, let's say.
The weird sign on the top of his head that resembles his wings is his halo! Hope that clears up any concerns you might've had.
