I ran around the ship a couple of times, shouting for whoever called out for help, but got no answer.
I was about ready to give up.
"I'm just hearing things"
I told myself.
"The cellar!"
The voice called.
Nope, not hearing things.
I ran back the front of the ship, looking around for another flight of stairs.
Finally finding it, I frantically ran down them, two steps at a time until I reached the bottom.
"Hello?"
I called out, slowly walking deeper into the dark room.
I found no one, just boxes and more of that blue goop.
It was a trap.
I begun running back to the stairs, only to be thrown into a nearby wall, having the wind knocked out of me, the world slowly going dark.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I opened my eyes with a groan, squinting from the light coming through the windows.
I tried getting up, only to find that I couldn't move.
I tried moving again.
No luck.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you."
A masculine voice called out.
"It'll only make it worse."
I raised an eyebrow and looked down, finding myself in quite the predicament.
I was engulfed in that blue goop.
"Who are you and what the hell do you want with me?"
There was a brief pause, and then another loud bang, followed by...footsteps?
I looked up and found the culprit.
It was a shapeless blue blob, slithering and writhing on the floor in front of me.
"I've been waiting for this moment Jacob. I've searched everywhere for you. And now, I have you~"
