(Just to clarify: I don't think you should avoid confronting your feelings or thoughts. But sometimes they become so powerful and emotionally draining they're very hard to deal with. I think it's okay to escape for a while and let your mind rest.)

I just returned from anime convention and I'm still kind of tired, both physically and mentally. Also my fridge is completely empty so... That's a problem.
