“Hey! Hey you awake?!” A females voice could be heard. Jared was groggy, his head throbbing of a migraine. “Jesus fucking Christ man. You scared the living shit out of me.” The females voice could be heard sighing.
Jared shot straight up from the wet ground. His clothing completely soaked from the rain that now has lifted to a sprinkle. The sky covered with grey clouds as the sun barely could emit its shine through the thickness.
Grabbing at his forehead he groaned to himself from the pain.his feet staggering he spoke to quietly for the female to hear. “Come again?”
Jared snarled as he spoke louder, making his head hurt more. “My van. Lets go.” Not letting the female say another word, he staggered hard down the trail. His vision was blurred, his head continuing to throb as he wobbled down the steep trail. The female offered to help him but he shooed away her arm.
Getting to his van he pulled the door open to the back before flopping down onto the bed. He heard the female voice speak as he laid back against his bed. "I guess I'm coming in."
Jared was in no position to protest or tell her off. He just groaned, grabbing a rag that laid near his sink. Patting his forehead, he stopped for a moment to see red soaking the white cloth. He shot straight up, making his head rush even faster.
Shit…
He didn't realize his forehead was bleeding. It explained why his head throbbed so hard and being dizzy. He closed his eyes for a moment longer then tried to get his vision cleared.
Now seeing the female, she was even toned all around tan that he saw. Her hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her hair auburn brown, her eyes a golden brown. He didn't realize that she pulled out his small chair and was sitting right in front of him staring at him.
"Are you alright?" The female asked. Staggering with his words that seemed mushed together the female just made a sigh. "No I don't know how long you were out. I just found you laying in the pathway and well, then you woke up." The female just shrugged.
Jared covered his mouth thinking to himself. Then it all hit him again. His eyes fell heavy as he just looked down at the floorboard. "Well, I suppose I owe you one. Thanks for wa-" before he even could finish a sharp pain struck his head again. Groaning to himself he sighed looking back up. The female wasn't smiling or any emotion on her face. She just stared at him.
"So…" Jared spoke as his head throbbed more. He has no idea how much blood was lost. "Who are you?"
The female simply leaned back in the chair as she just smiled. "It's unimportant. For now you should rest." Without Jared unable to say a thing the female stood from the chair and punched him straight in the eye, forcing him to pass out.
