Kent was woken up by a bird pecking at his face, Kent slaps the bird across it's face which knocks it down. Vincent was woken up from the loud screech of the bird, Vincent quickly grabs the bird and cracked it's neck. "It's always good to have enough food even if it is just a bird," Kent ignored him and started to pack up. 

     "Why can't a saber tooth be found closer to the kingdom," Vincent groaned, Kent shrugged but he felt the same way. The two came across a snowy region, "Wait, the saber tooth tigers are found in these regions," Vincent blurted out. Kent ran to what looked like an ice cave, he thought that it might be a den. Kent was thrilled to see a sleeping saber tooth but before he could do anything he would need to wait on Vincent. 

     Vincent arrived to where Kent was, Kent was staring directly at the saber tooth. "You know we don't have kill it, we could just knock it unconscious and take out the big fang," Vincent whispered, Kent nodded and grabbed out a hammer, "i'll knock him out, you take the fang," Kent whispered. Kent and Vincent followed their plan accordingly, but the two realized they'd have to go back the way the came. Suddenly a flash of blue light struck the two and sent them close to the castle, it was also nigh time for some reason. "You're welcome," Whispered a voice in Kent and Vincent's heads. "Did you hear that" they both said, "Okay, I guess if it helps it's not bad" Vincent said with a slight chuckle. 

     Still confused Kent and Vincent head for the pub to turn in their target of sorts. Kent and Vincent walked towards the pub hoping to get some what of a surplus for their long quest. Their contractor Micheal did indeed give a surplus and ranked them up to Mercenary Beginner rank which would now allow them to do real quests. Micheal instructed them to wake up early in the morning to receive their real quest.
