I'm not sure it's clear what those shapes are, but basically these are big pieces of metal, most likely from a ship that has been shaterred for x or y reason. It felt clear when I did it but well, I wrote the thing so I actually don't know; not that knowing all that is really essential but well in case you did want to know here you go.

Huh, maybe it is just me watching too much sci-fi, but I thought that was a stealth ship with a cloaking device on. Like it is invisible to radar and scan equipment, but if it gets too close the eye can see distortions created by it.
