Sleep Problems

My parents practically hates my sleeping habit and keeps telling me to sleep on time. How can i do that when i always wake up at night time and can't go back to sleep until it's 4 am or 5 in the morning? i'm seriously like one of the vampires now. that explains why i hate the sun so much.
