Rowan sighed. She slowly went down the stairs and looked around at the empty halls. The silence around her was so unsettling, she expected for something, anything, to pop up and break the silence.
She leaned against a pillar and waited for her next move. She felt a little better, it's just always that class that made her feel sick.
The magic particles floating around gave her a headache, just like the pollen back at Earth.
When nothing happened, she pushed herself off the cold pillar and wandered around aimlessly. She truly didn't want to go back home, she just wants to walk around. She wants to explore.
"Boo."
She jumped at the quiet little remark, and her face instantly turned into a scowl.
Rowan didn't mean to wander into the Aqua Building, but here she was.
The huge aquarium tank filled with the same layout inside as the other buildings were covered with moss, coral, and bright colors.
"Shouldn't you be in class?" Rowan crossed her arms and asked the electric eel.
His black hair pulled back in a ponytail floated in the salt water, his yellow eyes piercing, and his lower half wiggling around aimlessly as he played with his electric eel tail.
The eel, named Ciel, shrugged and pressed his left hand against the glass. Half of his right arm is gone due to a shark hybrid attacking him.
"You shouldn't be asking a question that could be shot right back at you." Ciel showed off his idiotic smirk, sharp teeth as threatening as bunny slippers to Rowan.
"And you shouldn't tell your twin sister that she is a girl when she wants to be a boy, but here we are." Rowan raised an eyebrow, protecting Casey.
Ciel rolled his eyes.
"I'm just trying to protect her. And if you think she's a boy, why do you still call her she?"
"She hasn't come out yet, so until she does, I'll be calling her she. Even though it sickens me."
"You don't know Casey like I do, Rowen. This is just a phase."
"It must be sad to have an IQ as low as yours."
"What? Just because I don't agree with you?"
"I'm more than fine with somebody not agreeing with me. People have opinions. Just like I can't change their opinion, they can't change mine. But right when somebody starts saying their opinion is right and tries to shove down somebody's throat, then you better believe that I'm not going to stand by for that." She roughly tapped the glass, causing Ciel to flinch.
"Casey is going through and phase and you know it. She has feminine facial features, small waist, huge hips, thick thighs, and big tits. The ideal female body. So she should be grateful that she has that."
"It doesn't matter how 'ideal' somebody's body is. If they don't like it, they don't like it. Just let her be a boy. She would've come out by now if you weren't breathing down her neck about it 24/7."
"You know what, I don't have to stand here and take this. She's a disgrace for thinking she's trans and even more of a disgrace for always being in her human form."
"Maybe she wants to be as different from you as possible, you asshole."
"I'm not going to stand here and take this."
"Don't you mean 'swim here'?" Rowan raised her eyebrow and smirked.
"Oh wow, haha. Ha ha ha. Ha!" Ciel laughed mockingly while his face tugged into a crinkled scowl. "Never heard that one before, Rowan. You're so creative." He added an extra hint of sarcasm at the end and swam out of sight.
Rowan stood there and rubbed her temples. He was so tiring.
She wishes one day that it could get through his thick head to voice his opinions if all they're going to do is hurt his sister.
She walked away from the tank and traveled across the campus. Her eyes wandering from the colorful flowers to the fire Phoenixs pecked at the ground, searching for food.
As she was walking, her inner thighs felt super uncomfortable. They started to itch and burn.
She always tried to avoid wearing skirts, but it was so hot today she just had to.
She sighed, thankful that she packed shorts in case this happened.
Rowan walked to the locker room, past a group of runners in P.E. who were shouting at Anthony to stop using his raven wings. He just looked back and stuck his tongue out of his beak and kept on flying.
Anthony has tan skin and short black hair. He had abs and is super athletic. He basically carried whatever team he was on.
He looked at Rowan, then waved and smiled at her. The distraction causes him to crash into a pole, in which Rowan took a sharp inhale.
"You good, Anthony?!" Rowan shouted from across the field.
He gave a thumbs up, and Rowan walked into the locker room.
She changed into white shorts and a thin, tan button up. She added some black suspenders with silver buckles. She slipped on some white flip flops and stuffed her old outfit in the locker.
"I cast away these bright colors!" Rowan yelled as she slammed her locker shut.
She patted down her outfit, grabbed her backpack, and heard the bell ring.
She was confused for a couple of seconds, but then remembered that it was an early day.
At least she didn't have to breathe in any magic particles in the next period.

WOW NIRKY ACTUALLY UPLOADED
I'm already working on the other chapters, and you guys will soon get to see some drawings of the characters
I'm just gonna give you all the realms right here and now:
Volcano Realm (commonly known as Hell)
Thunder Realm (commonly known as Heaven)
Animal Realm (Led by Mariana right now. Anthony is her son)
Nature Realm (Rowan's realm. She was adopted by Mother Nature from the Animal realm. Rowan is basically a peace baby)
Space/Moon Realm (astrological signs are kept and ordered, constellations are made, etc. They are also in charge of somebody's dreams and ambitions)
Magic Realm (You could see one type of magic in the 2nd chapter with Rowan's homeroom teacher. There are such things as genies who grant wishes, but the evil ones will try and trick you. That's where the saying "be careful what you wish for" comes from. )
There are people who are born by people from two different realms. For example: A cross between a Nature realm and a Magic realm would be commonly known as an elf. You will be seeing one of these characters very soon.
