I once took a 24 ounce mug to work. I got in my car for the 4 mile drive. My route was sharp turns on city streets, climbing up and down freeway ramps, and then twisting up the spiral drive in the parking structure at work. I parked, then looked for the mug. It wasn't in the car. I SWORE that I had left the house with it. Then I actually got out of my car. There was the coffee mug, sitting on the roof of my ancient Volkswagen Rabbit.
