Sorry for the late post... holiday times left me wondering if it was Wednesday or Saturday or somesuch nonsense.
Also, as some of you know, I have struggled with negative thinking. Like many creative types, I get depressed or trapped in the way of thinking that tells me I'm worthless or not good enough to succeed. I know for a fact these thoughts are lies but in the moment of stress, they feel real.
If you or anyone you know experiences this, remember, the only way "out" is "through"... by that I mean, you cannot escape the flames of life by running from them. Don't let stress, depression, fear or any negative force push you into darkness. If you come up to a negative thought, say the exact opposite loud enough and long enough to chase those lies into submission!
You are amazing. You are perfect just as you are. Don't ever forget that!
