Interesting change. I think it's a more simple narrative to follow in the prologue now, but maybe that's because I feel people are more likely to want to read dialogue and a focused scene than text boxes and overarching worldbuilding. Still, part of me is disappointed that this supplants the old prologue. I'm sure that one still has its place in your narrative.
