Kent wondered since he was an actual mercenary what would be his first quest. As is usual Kent grabbed his gear and headed down to the pub. It was a Friday this day and Kent was thrilled. Kent managed to get to the pub first and decided to wait for Vincent. Once the two met up they swiftly entered the pub.
Kent and Vincent were instructed to put on better gear before accepting the quest. The two went to the barracks to get better gear as instructed. Kent and Vincent hastily grabbed the new gear and rushed over to Micheal. This time Micheal told them to kill lord Marhaumu and collect his prisoners. Kent did not feel as if this was safe, you could say that he had a bad feeling about it.
Micheal handed out instructions on how to actually get to Marhaumu, Kent thought that other things would get easier. Kent decided to talk about the light he saw last night. Vincent was curious on why weird things kept on happening to him. Kent claimed that the light and the voice were related to each other. Before Kent could say anything further Vincent quickly changed the subject to how possible the quest was.
Kent shrugged, "we shall see Vincent," Kent said while pulling out his sword. While Kent was looking at his sword Vincent complemented it for it's probable efficiency. Vincent then pulled out his bow and showed it to Kent. Kent gave it a thumbs up, Kent wasn't really so keen on bows.
Kent and Vincent talked for so long that their walk to Marhaumu's place seemed short. Kent and Vincent then climbed the walls of Marhaumu's lair. Kent grappled a guard on the wall that they were climbing and threw him off all the way to the bottom. The two heard a guard signaling their leader through shouting. Out of nowhere Marhaumu was behind them, Marhuamu knocked them both out with a single hit.
Kent and Vincent then woke up and they were in a dungeon, in their cell Kent and Vincent saw an ice blue wolf sleeping. "Hello wolf, are you friendly," Kent whispered. "Yes i'm a friendly," said the wolf. Kent and Vincent were startled, "who are you wolf," "the name's Spudwick but you can call me Spud." Kent and Vincent then decided to go to sleep and so did Spud.
