ID: 5 panel comic page. Top panel shows Georgie, a bear man, speaking with his boss, Dempsey, an octopus. Georgie says: “We checked his parents.” “And?” “The magic, uh, skipped a generation.” Dempsey looks on incredulously. In the middle 3 panels, the captive cardinal bites through his cloth gag so he can speak, but is taken by surprise when Dempsey suddenly touches his forehead. In the final panel, Dempsey and Solomon are seen in more of a silhouette, with Dempsey rubbing some black substance onto his forehead. Typography in the background says: “Well, I’ll be the judge of that.”
