Praying that I'll get the sleep,

To be able to close my eyes,

To dream,

I'm tired,

But I can't,

My brain says,

It's not allowed,

My body is saying,

Please,

I'm tired,

I want sleep,

Although I'm hoping,

I know it'll never come,

So let's leave it for tomorrow,
